This is my process:
I. Let's Chat!
Weddings are a huge deal. After all, they only happen once. So before you book we should both decide if we are a good fit for each other. Let's meet over coffee or drinks and chat about your wedding vision. I want you to feel totally comfortable trusting your big day in my hands.
II. Book Date.
Turns out we're a great fit so let's do the dang thing! Next Step would be to book your date and while we're at it, let's book your engagement photos too! A 50% non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract is due to to lock in your wedding date. I'm happy to do this in person over coffee. Can you tell I love a good coffee date?
III. Engagement Photos.
One of my favorite parts. Capturing your love story for the first time. Do you two have something you love to do together? Maybe you love to fish or hike, or maybe you had your first date at the small town cafe. Let's make these photos EXTRA special.
IV. Deliver Photos.
Turn around time for typical engagement sessions is 2-3 weeks unless otherwise discussed in your contract. You can expect to receive at least one sneak peek of 3 images during your wait. Digital images will be delivered via my online viewing platform,
V. Month Prior Meet Up.
I know planning a wedding can get super stressful and busy towards thee end. The 1 month til wedding meet up is to ensure we are on the same page for the day of with times and both know about any special moments you may want- ie. special guests, first looks, etc.
VI. Wedding Day.
This is THE day we have been waiting for. It will be nothing short of amazing. One of my greatest honors.
VII. Deliver Photos.
Turn around time for weddings unless further discussed via contract is 8 to 12 weeks. Images will be delivered via my online platform as well as keepsake USB hand delivered (or mail if applicable). Online platforms are live for up to one month after delivered. If any print products are purchased or added on they will be delivered on or after this date to allow for selection.
